About the position: The Suit Auditor is a member of the Collection department. Collections  notifies or locates debtors with delinquent accounts and attempts to secure payment according to client guidelines and in compliance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (F.D.C.P.A.) Our Suit Auditor reviews files and prepares accounts for lawsuit firm-wide . The successful candidate's duties will include:  * Review accounts prior to further legal action ensuring all required procedures and paperwork are accurate, complete and in accordance with client guidelines and applicable court requirements.  * Contacts clients via mail, fax, phone or email  * Confirms debtors assets The Qualified Candidate will have:  * Proven detail oriented habits  * Reasoning ability - ability to apply common sense.  * Ability to enjoy repetitive work assignments  * Type 30 WPM  * Good written and verbal communication skills  * Solid computer skills      * Word      * Excel      * Outlook  * Must have 1 year of uninterrupted work experience and regular/timely attendance  * Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening  * Must be able to pass a background check with no felonies Training: We recognize that our employees are our greatest assets.
