The potential employee will provide support to end-users in analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving support issues, specifically related to the eBusiness department. We are looking for an individual to provide energetic support and solutions to customer problems, as well as ensure customer satisfaction and productivity. <ul type="disc"> <li> Coordinate customer and support issues to ensure timely distribution of knowledge and problem resolution. </li> <li> Ability to research, resolve, respond to, and escalate inquiries received via telephone, e-mail, or in-person and provide timely support. </li> <li> Acquire and maintain knowledge of relevant product offerings, current support policies, and methods of support delivery in order to provide technically accurate solutions to customer problems. </li> <li> Handle incidents or escalations as assigned. </li> <li> Gather and input information into the web-based site configuration tool. </li> <li> Assist franchise owners through the implementation phase of building their online store and handle Level I and Level II support issues. </li> </ul> <p><strong> Required Skills: </strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li> Excellent verbal and written communication skills to include strong customer support skills. </li> <li> Moderate graphic design work. </li> <li> 2 years experience as a member of an IT department in a help desk capacity </li> <li> Knowledge in eCommerce, graphic design, Adobe Creative Suite , HTML strongly preferred but not necessary </li> </ul> <p> Interested candidates should send resume with salary history and expectations. </p>df-lj More...
