Principal Accountabilities<BR><BR>- Lead and/or participate as an active member of cross-functional teams in the design and development of content that feeds training programs that will enhance selling and service skill at all levels within the Sales organization<BR><BR>- Train all sales personnel in assigned area of responsibility (includes: initial training of new skill development, launch of new programs and/or new processes)<BR><BR>- Effectively utilize the correct training venue (e learning, web casts, F2F, tele-training, specific manuals, work instructions, policies, marketing/sales aids) to support successful implementation of each new sales program<BR><BR>- Assess and evaluate skill growth need(s) for each trainee<BR><BR>- Conduct evaluation of skill level improvement after each training program is completed<BR><BR>- Identify and communicate gaps/opportunities in process areas where improvements in effectiveness/efficiencies of sales personnel and the customer experience can be made to Regional Operations Managers for action.<BR><BR>-<BR><BR>Key Challenges<BR><BR>- Influencing cross-functional teams to deliver effective training<BR><BR>- Ensuring training supports strategic vision<BR><BR>- Coaching to improve talent/skill level of all sales personnel<BR><BR>- Manage the impact of individual training program on the sales organization and overall sales performance<BR><BR>- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet delivery dates<BR><BR>Skills, Know How and experience<BR><BR>- 4 year college degree required; emphasis in training development a plus<BR><BR>- 3-5 years of sales management or sales training experience highly desired<BR><BR>- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required<BR><BR>- Proven experience conducting training in a sales environment (inside sales, customer service and field sales)<BR>df-lj More...
