Our Collectors notify or locates debtors with delinquent accounts and attempts to secure payment according to client guidelines and in compliance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (F.D.C.P.A.)<BR>Work Hours: 8-4:45 four days a week &nbsp; &nbsp;12-8:45 one night a week &nbsp; &nbsp; 1 Saturday a month<BR><BR><BR><BR>The Qualified Candidate will have:<BR><BR> &nbsp;* 3-5 years of collection experience<BR><BR> &nbsp;* Solid work experience<BR><BR> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;* Subrogation experience<BR><BR> &nbsp;* Auto dial or direct dial system<BR><BR> &nbsp;* Strong communication skills - at all levels<BR><BR> &nbsp;* Solid customer service skill<BR><BR> &nbsp;* Skip Tracing experience<BR><BR> &nbsp;* Positive "Can-Do" attitude<BR><BR> &nbsp;* Must have solid negotiation skills<BR><BR> &nbsp;* Must have good computer skills<BR><BR> &nbsp;* Must have 1 year of uninterrupted work experience and regular/timely attendance<BR><BR> &nbsp;* Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening<BR><BR> &nbsp;* Must be able to pass a background check with no felonies<BR><BR><BR><BR><BR><BR>Benefits:<BR>Benefits at WWR include: 16 days of paid time off, 7 paid holidays, Opportunity for; Medical, Vision, Dental, and Life insurance.
