We believe in the community bank philosophy where our type of service says that our customers are our business.<BR><BR>We are looking for a Full Time Customer Service Assistant at our Brecksville Branch. &nbsp;The Customer Service Assistant will provide superior customer service while effectively meeting the needs of the customer by selling and recommending additional Bank products and services.<BR><BR>THIS IS NOT A TELEPHONE POSITION. <BR><BR>Duties include but not limited to:<BR><BR> &nbsp;* Open all types of asset and liability accounts, establishes proper identification of new customers and assists customers with all of their financial questions.<BR><BR> &nbsp;* Maintain a professional appearance and conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times.<BR><BR> &nbsp;* Manage a teller window while maintaining an acceptable balancing record.<BR><BR> &nbsp;* Develop a thorough knowledge of Bank products and guidelines by attending the required classes in DBU.<BR><BR> &nbsp;* Assist team members with duties such as branch balancing and control functions.<BR><BR> &nbsp;* Meet established referral goals.<BR><BR>Requirements:<BR><BR> &nbsp;* High School Diploma or GED<BR><BR> &nbsp;* Superior Interpersonal skills<BR><BR> &nbsp;* Prior Cash Handling, Banking or Retail experience.<BR><BR> &nbsp;* Previous teller experience preferred.<BR><BR> &nbsp;* Demonstrated Sales Background.<BR><BR> &nbsp;* Have a desire to learn the banking industry<BR><BR> &nbsp;* Top quality face-to-face customer service skills: Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with customers.<BR><BR> &nbsp;* Must enjoy working with computers to process bank transactions.<BR><BR> &nbsp;* Must be a team player, flexible and lead by example.<BR><BR> &nbsp;* Must be a highly motivated self-starter.<BR><BR> &nbsp;* Proven Relationship Building skills a plus.<BR><BR> &nbsp;* Assist team in meeting deposit and loan growth goals.<BR><BR> &nbsp;* Has established an acceptable attendance record.<BR><BR> &nbsp;* A valid Driver's License and access to a reliable means of transportation is required.<BR><BR>We don't believe you will find co-workers anywhere else dedicated, helpful or professional then the people at Dollar Bank. &nbsp;Our employees continually help reinforce our reputation of outstanding customer service with their friendly and helpful, knowledgeable, efficient service.<BR>df-lj More...
